Description:

We are currently looking for a dynamic Marketing & eCommerce Specialist to join a passionate High Performance team.

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about late model high performance vehicles. This team member will play a key role in helping develop consistency in our product branding, marketing, layout, and packaging as it relates to the launch of our new website. 

The right individual for this role will spearhead ideas and effectively communicate their vision to other team members and managers in various departments. This team member will also provide website database administration with content management experience. They will be responsible for gathering and inputting automotive part information including descriptions, images, videos, etc. into a new website. 

The top candidate will also be proficient in all aspects of social media, have a strong marketing/promotional approach, be motivated and energetic, take initiative, enjoy finding solutions to a varying number of challenges, is detail-oriented, well-organized, and takes extreme pride in their work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Placement and layout of web site pages given users provided content 
  • Specifications/requirements gathering as needed
  • Gathering product information, i.e. price, weight, and shipping costs, and adding the content to the website
  • Post new products and services on message boards, blogs & forums that we sponsor
  • Promote/market company and products at events and trade shows
  • Coordinate with outside media/vendors; radio/TV, freelance photographers, etc.
  • Routine daily maintenance of existing sites, databases and applications
  • Upgrade site by updating content and graphics, monitoring performance and results, identifying and evaluating improvement options, introducing new technology, and maintaining links
  • Perform data entry of material from source documents into a computer database; ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Meet individual performance standards – accountable for Quality/Accuracy of work
  • Answer customer phone calls/inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Must have automotive industry background, and knowledge of Late model vehicle families: Ford, GM, and Chrysler products… knowledge of our business model is a plus

Description:

We are currently looking for a Crib Attendant to join a passionate High Performance team who is exceptionally organized with automotive parts experience to help manage incoming and outgoing parts. Our Crib Attendant must be professional and courteous over the phone and in person. Provides prompt, efficient service to all shipping and receiving details. You must be able to work well with others and deal with unique personalities that exist in our industry. We want an individual who brings something to the table; we are NOT looking for just a 9:00a-5:30p employee. We want an individual who wants to make a difference every day that he/she is at work. We offer a great working environment with a competitive compensation and benefit package.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Responsible for all shipping and receiving of materials, including preparing package/boxing and creating kits.
  • Must be able to count accurately and correctly
  • Must be able to put the appropriate parts in the appropriate bin/location
  • Must be able to load and unload shipments
  • Must be able to receive parts accurately and input them correctly into computer system.  
  • Must have experience with inventory cycle count, inventory numbering systems and good inventory procedures and processes.  Bar coding a plus.
  • Must be organized with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to identify correct parts and pull according to instructions accurately and timely
  • Experience with the shipping process, such as UPS and LTL truck shipments including labels, tracking documents and following good processes.
  • Loading and unloading trucks as appropriate with hi-low fork trucks
  • Packaging boxes and shipments to proper designated locations.
  • Must have valid driver’s licenses with no restrictions.  
  • Must be able to work on a computer, QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.  
  • MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 80 POUNDS AND DRIVE A FORK TRUCK.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must be passionate about performance vehicles, Late Model (2000-2014)
  • Must have own tools and tool box
  • Experience with performance upgrades for late model GM, Ford, and Chrysler
  • Engine and Transmission R & R
  • Able to install cylinder heads, camshafts, lifters, intakes, pushrods, etc.
  • Familiarity with Superchargers; i.e. Procharger, Vortech, Magnacharger, Whipple
  • Have experience and understand how the dynamics works with upgrading suspension components
  • Installation of all major brands of headers and exhaust systems
  • Experience with upgrading fuel systems, and installing methanol injection systems a plus
  • Wiring experience, familiarity with aftermarket gauges, aftermarket engine management wiring
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Able to install ring and pinion, and complete differentials setting backlash

Looking for an individual who wants to be part of our engine build team. We build domestic engines Ford, GM, and Hemi. 
This individual will be responsible for running the below equipment in due time with the proper training and mind set. 

RMC 4-Axis block machine V-30 
Sunnen CV-616 Cylinder Hone 
Sunnen CH-100 Align Hone 
Sunnen Rod Hone 
Sunnen DCB-2000 Balancer 
Bridgeport Mill 
Manual Lathe 

Also you maybe working with 3 and 5 axis mills, and a 3 axis lathe that you would be responsible for all aspects of set-up, loading, basic programming, operating machine, as well as final inspection.

 

Requirements:

• Experience with Vertical 3/5 Axis CNC Machines (Okuma, Fadal, Mori Seiki, DMG and Milltronics) and 3 axis Okuma lathe 
• Experience with precision instruments (micrometers, gauges, etc.) to take readings accurate to .0001
• Be able to do or assist with set-up and tear-down of machine
• Be able to run required parts and do all the necessary inspection and reporting
• Computer Experience - Basic skills – Be able to create, edit, and load documents/files 
• Programming experience is a plus
• Assist engine build department in machining of engines 
• Assist cylinder head department in machining of cylinder heads
• Any experience/knowledge of GM LS, Ford Modular and Hemi engine families a plus
• Applicable diploma/degree in High Performance Engine field or Machining field
• Must be able to take direction from co-worker and/or supervisor
