Livernois Motorsports is looking to add a performance enthusiast to the team that can handle our forum/social media customer interactions and maintain our ever evolving website.

Website Sales/Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Planning, monitoring, and upgrading the Livernois Motorsports website content (data entry, pricing, imagery, etc. web design and coding experience not needed).
  • Responding to and troubleshooting website issues with assistance from outside web development firm. 
  • Creating appropriate website content aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Improving the user experience of the website regularly through various audits and content updating.
  • Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
  • Creating products on the e-commerce end of website
  • Specifically handling customer calls and following up with web related sales items (i.e. Abandoned cart, order shortages, international duties/taxes).
  • Maintain pricing with industry required pricing levels and update as needed.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as necessary related to above tasks

 

Online Customer Interactions Responsibilities:

  • Interact with various performance forums and social communities under our company login to engage with existing and potential customers along with promoting our products and services.
  • Dedicating and organizing time each day to interact on each forum and respond to customer questions or concerns.
  • Coming up with new material and data to post where relevant in the community.
  • Must have the ability to professionally respond to negative, positive, and neutral conversations.
  • Generate sales and earn new customers from this position.
  • Communicate with management about findings and interactions with customers to help identify issues, trends, or general items to aid in furthering our customer's positive experiences
  • Taking photos and videos of products and projects to use for online content, editing skills not required.

Position Requirements / Skills:

  • Placement and layout of web site pages given users provided content
  • Specifications/requirements gathering as needed
  • Gathering product information, i.e. price, weight, and shipping costs, and adding the content to the website

  • Promote/market company and products at events and trade shows
