Livernois Motorsports has grown into a multi-faceted 36,000 square
foot operation, with 15 hoists and professional capabilities including:
A state-of-the-art Machine Shop and Engine Build Department utilizing
the latest in technology with Cylinder Head Development and on site
engine Dynamometer Services. From the simplest bolt-on to the most
complex builds, Livernois Motorsports provides everything from electrical,
exhaust, chassis, fuel system, complete drivetrain, to custom fabrication
and installation, all under one roof. |

Livernois Motorsports has a complete full service-machine shop used
for turning out the highest caliber of performance engines. Given
the ever-changing scope of high tech engine specifications, it would
be simplistic to argue that any one single machining operation could
radically increase engine performance. And yet, that doesn’t
stop Livernois from continuing to implement successive innovations
and machining improvements. Citing standout examples of product achievement
include our popular line of competitively priced Livernois Crate Engines.
Originally only offered for high end applications, complete engine
and precision machine work is now available for your daily driven
street car, restored classic, or full blown racecar. |

One of the greatest areas of impact that Livernois excels in is to
increase engine efficiency a with a cylinder head package that consists
of optimal port size and airflow along with camshaft selections to
truly cater the engine to a particular rpm operating range. Our technicians
have a long history of drag racing as well as many years of Winston
cup research and development. The correct valve job, valve seat angles
and widths along with precision seat blending are equally important
as the port work itself. These are the little tricks that come from
thousands of hours of flowbench and dyno testing that most companys
just can’t afford. These studies also insure that we meet requirements
for each engine and its intended usage thus achieving the best overall
horsepower curve. In addition the whole cylinder head package must
be accurately assembled with correct valve springs and parts to properly
fit the camshaft and operating range of the engine. |

Livernois Motorsports provides three dynamometer capabilities to dyno
tune your vehicle or engine.
Our load bearing Mustang Chassis Dynamometer can handle speeds over
200 miles per hour and over 1700 rear wheel horsepower.
The Mustang Dynamometer allows for accurate tuning with integrated
air/fuel and boost monitoring under real-world loading conditions.
This means a safe tune with plenty of power.
Our Super Flow Engine Dynamometer can handle up to 2,000 horsepower
and 10,000 RPM. Used on everyday street engines, to full blown race
applications,
our dynamometer specialists can maximize the performance of your engine
before installing it into a vehicle.
Our portable Dyno-Jet Chassis Dynamometer can be used at our service
center or set-up at your location. This system is accurate, easy to
use, and very popular
with car show organizers and car clubs. The mobile Dyno-Jet is available
to rent, through Livernois Motorsports, for your next event.

TrickFlow, Dart, and many more.
Livernois Motorsports has developed and markets a line of our own
performance parts, ranging from high-performance crate engines for
your Drag Race or Circle Track car, daily driver or Marine application,
as well as accessories to make your vehicle a step ahead of the competition.

The fabrication of custom parts is a Livernois Motorsports specialty.
Exhaust systems, roll cages, custom fuel cells and intake manifolds

Motorsports installation personnel more room to work. Livernois Motorsports

a state of the art down draft spray and bake booth and 6 segregated

With Livernois power Dan Millen set the bar in the Edelbrock Pro Series
with five number one qualifying spots and five victory’s and
a 2004 Super Street World Championship, it also helped him to set
2 national E.T. records. To cap of a stellar year, Dan Millen became
the only super street outlaw driver to win the largest all ford event
of the year, the World Ford Challenge for the second time, again moving
his name to the top of the list.
