Cylinder Head Services

Livernois Motorsports cylinder head division offers a wide variety of services using the newest and most advanced equipment in the industry. Our in-house CNC department has the ability to scan, digitize data and fully CNC machine the entire cylinder head. We can process heads from a raw casting and machine the entire head start to finish in-house. Our airflow department utilizes multiple flow benches in conjunction with sophisticated software to analyze and develop new porting programs. Our finish machine area uses the latest in valvejob and seat and guide work utilizing a Newen CNC machine.

We have the ability to process heads in single set, batch or medium volume manufacturing. All of the services we offer in the Cylinder head division are handled in-house and completely controlled from start to finish by our dedicated staff of experienced cylinder head specialists.
