Requirements
- Common knowledge of “NEW” late model Ford, GM, and Chrysler products, our specialty, is a MUST.
- Be able to recommend our products and services to the customers in a professional manner
- Understanding of our product offerings, and be able to up-sell customers with add-on sales
- Answer customer phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Answer external and internal customer emails
- Deal with walk-in customers at a moment's notice
- Be a pro-active seller, find new customers and opportunities
- Capable of managing our website, message boards, Facebook, YouTube, eBay accounts
- Update Website, Facebook and YouTube account daily
- Willing to travel to visit customers (In state & out of state), if required
- Capable of working 8-10 hours/day (M-F) and Saturdays 9-1

This candidate must be professional and courteous when handling customer calls and provide prompt, efficient service to all customer inquiries while aiding them in purchasing the proper parts for their vehicle.

- Installation of all major brands of headers and exhaust systems
- Experience with upgrading fuel systems, and installing methanol injection systems
- Wiring experience, familiarity with aftermarket gauges, aftermarket engine management wiring
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Operate Welder Tig/Mig
- ASE and State of Michigan Mechanics certification

This individual will be working with the engine build, cylinder head, and CNC machining center departments. You will be taught the necessary skills in order to be successful in performing your daily tasks.
Any experience with running a CNC machine and/or setting them up is a plus.
